B+C wax melts are intended to be used in electric wax warmers only. We recommend using a warmer with a 25-watt bulb for optimal scent output. Once the fragrance in your wax has exhausted, you simply empty your warmer dish + pop in a new melt. We recommend using cotton balls to absorb the wax in your warmer dish while it is still warm for easiest removal!

When it comes to fragrance, we can never guarantee that products won’t trigger a sensitivity. We are all unique, furry-friends included, and there’s no one-size-fits-all standard for fragrance. However, our products were created for daily use in pet-friendly homes. We elected early on to work with strictly phthalate-free fragrances in order to provide the safest fragrance experience + eliminate several fragrance-related triggers, including migraines, nausea, and pet-sensitivities. We do NOT work with essential oils as they can be highly toxic to pets. We will always encourage a spot-test or trial run before introducing any new fragranced products into your home, but most of the Bonnie + Clyde community (owner included) will tell you our pets are safe, happy, + unaffected!

Our current order fulfillment time is 1-10 business days. Certain orders, like orders placed through our Facebook VIP group, may be subject to an extended, pre-disclosed turnaround time. Orders will ship to you via USPS or UPS. Once we have turned your package over to the carrier, you can expect a domestic transit time of 1-10 business days.
